2. Also, create an SPF record with the following content in the domain that is being used for the hosted instance:
US Customers
v=spf1 ip4:204.93.64.116 ip4:204.93.64.117 include:sendgrid.net include:spf.jivesoftware.com -all
It should be very rare for customers to receive mail from 204.93.64.13
directly, so we are not including it in the SPF recommendations at this time.
EU Customers
v=spf1 ip4:204.93.80.116 ip4:204.93.80.117 include:sendgrid.net
include:spf.jivesoftware.com -all
It should be very rare for customers to receive mail from 204.93.80.114
directly, so we are not including it in the SPF recommendations at this time.
For any user that wants an email associated with their user record but does not want to receive emails, have them set their email domain to @nomail.com
. This domain is automatically dropped on the outbound relays.
