Overview
When trying to search for or open a user profile in your Jive Cloud instance, you see the error: An unexpected error has occurred.
Solution
- Check if there is any ongoing outage on the Jive Software Status page.
- If there are no outages, regenerate the JavaScript files.
- Clear the web browser cache, close, and re-open the browser.
If the issue still persists, please raise a support ticket along with a HAR file of the error page.

Check Kibana if there are HttpClientError 408 errors in the logs. This signifies issues with the mitui service. In this case, open a JIRA issue with SaaS Ops as per the Jive JIRA process.
