Overview
When your user account for the Jive support portal is first created, an email is sent from helpdesk@aurea.com with the subject: Jive Support password reset.
This article contains those same instructions along with how to obtain further assistance.
How to reset your password

Access your email and click the link to set a new password.

Type in your New password, then click the Change password button.
How to Obtain Additional Support
If you are unable to log in or complete the instructions in the email, please lodge a Login Support Request.
