Check if any related outage was reported on the Jive Status Page.Note: If no major outage took place around the same time as you experienced the email delivery issue, it may have been a temporary problem that was proactively fixed by our infrastructure team. The Jive Team cannot provide Root Cause Analysis for temporary single-customer failures, but we do monitor logs and health status on a continual basis and are always striving to improve availability and performance across all Jive services.
