When trying to access Jive Cloud or Hosted, you and other users receive an error message, either constantly or intermittently.
- Pages and their contents are loading very slowly or are not loading at all.
- Users can't login - all users are affected.
The following messages or issues may appear:
- 502 Error
- 504 Error
- 502 Bad Gateway
- 504 Gateway Timeout
- The request could not be satisfied
These error messages and problems may be appearing as the result of an issue occurring in one of the Jive Cloud or Hosted regions. To identify if there are any ongoing issues being investigated, please review the Jive Software Status page.
If there isn't an incident listed on that page that matches the description of the problem you're experiencing, please file a severity 1 support ticket to ensure an investigation begins as quickly as possible into the issue affecting your instance.
