You are expecting the traffic/use of your community to go up significantly at an upcoming date, due to a special event on that date such as a company meeting or a go-live for a significant number of new users.
You would like to request additional monitoring of your community by Aurea/Jive on that date.
While we don't perform any special or additional monitoring for specific instances, we have a robust monitoring system in place that alerts the networking and infrastructure teams whenever any Jive community is approaching a high level of traffic/use. This helps us stay on top of any potential anomaly proactively.
However, if during the activity you face any issues, please create a Sev-1 support ticket or call us to report that specific issue and it will be handled immediately by our 24x7 Support.
A Sev-1 ticket has the following properties:
- Priority: Urgent
- Immediate and severe business impact: Checked
