Comments posted with Videos on any Jive Content by users in your Jive community don't show up properly for non-admin users. While the admin users can see the comments along with the Videos, the non-admin users can only see the comment text but not the video. If the comment only contains a Video, the comment looks blank for non-admin users.
This issue was identified as a bug and resolved in Jive Cloud release 3006.8 with the issue key JVCLD-99350 (release notes on Worx). While the Cloud upgrades are automatically deployed, if you haven't yet been upgraded or have chosen to stay on an earlier version and now would like to upgrade, please get in touch with your Account Manager/Executive to arrange for the upgrade.
Note that this fix would apply to all future comments posted with Videos and would not retroactively fix the comments made prior to the upgrade.
Any new comments with Videos should show up for non-admin users as expected.
