In a Place that has at least one Discussion Content item, while using Ask a Question Tile to search for the Discussion, you notice that it is missing from the search results. This occurs despite having the Discussion search enabled in the Ask a Question Tile settings.
This issue was identified as a bug and resolved in Jive Cloud release 3006.8 with the issue key JVCLD-110037 (release notes on Worx). While the Cloud upgrades are automatically deployed, if you haven't yet been upgraded or have chosen to stay on an earlier version and now would like to upgrade, please get in touch with your Account Manager/Executive to arrange for the upgrade.
After upgrading, the Ask a question tile should return discussions in the search results as expected.
