When a user is checking a Quest's details by going to the User Profile > Rewards > Available Quests page, the name of the specific Content in the Quest is not visible. At the same time, the name of the specific Content for the Quest is visible on the Featured Quest Tile in the related Place (Space or Group). The user expects the Rewards page to also display the details on the specific Content for the Quest.
This issue was identified as a bug and resolved in Jive Cloud release 3006.8 with the issue key JVCLD-148212 (release notes on Worx). While the Cloud upgrades are automatically deployed, if you haven't yet been upgraded or have chosen to stay on an earlier version and now would like to upgrade, please get in touch with your Account Manager/Executive to arrange for the upgrade.
After the upgrade, the Rewards page should display the details of the specific Content for the Quest as expected.
