When comparing the number of views for some content in Community Analytics with the previous week's reports you are seeing fewer views for most content.
- You see a reduction in the number of views reported in DES exports.
- You are on Jive Cloud
This is likely due to a data synchronization issue in the AWS backend, or due to a server caching issue. Please raise a support ticket for resolving this.
