DES API is not pulling data after a certain date (April 24th, 2021). Your API request is querying the end-point “https-eu-aws.jivesoftware.com” or “https://api-aws.jivesoftware.com”.
The API may be returning an error: "Connection Failed: 500 Internal Server Error"
We upgraded our Jive Cloud Analytics infrastructure on April 24, 2021, and, as a result of this change, we introduced new endpoints for the Analytics Data Export Service (DES). In order to take advantage of these enhancements, all Jive Cloud Customers should modify their internal systems to point to the new DES Endpoints listed below:

New Cloud Analytics DES Endpoint: https://api-aws-cloud.jivesoftware.com
Old Cloud Analytics DES Endpoint: https://api-eu-aws.jivesoftware.com
New Cloud Analytics DES Endpoint: https://api-eu-aws-cloud.jivesoftware.com
Execution of this modification will allow you to generate reports with the most up-to-date data. This should provide analytics data after April 24, 2021. If you are seeing 500 Connection Failed errors, please double-check that all your scripts are using the updated end-points.
