You are not able to log in to Media Console and need help in resetting your password. Media Console is used for uploading videos for Jive communities that use Hyland (previously known as Twistage and Perceptive) and has custom provisions for such functionality.
There is no automated way to reset the password for Media Console. You can raise a support ticket to request new credentials.
After you receive the new credentials, please ensure to reset the password by following these steps:
Login to Media Console using the provided credentials.
Click on your email address displayed towards the top right corner of the screen.
Click on the Edit button.
Input the new desired password and click on the Save button.
