If you cancel a video upload while it is processing and then initiate video upload again from the same screen without refreshing the page, the page displays two duplicate videos. The videos also may not be playable
This is a known issue that was resolved in Jive Cloud 3006.6 with issue key JVCLD-91587 (release notes on Worx). While the Cloud upgrades are automatically deployed, if you haven't yet been upgraded or have chosen to stay on an earlier version and now would like to upgrade, please get in touch with your Account Manager/Executive to arrange for the upgrade.
