In your Jive on-premise instance, you notice that changing system properties
services.hostport.activityIngress.host reverts back to the old values upon the instance restart.
- In addition to updating the system properties, you will also need to configure the service directory settings in the serviceDirectory.json file.
- Perform a rolling restart for the changes to take effect.
Check the Search Service Status in Admin Console > System > Settings > Search and the new IP addresses should now be correctly updated.
