You notice that during a data refresh, your Jive instance goes down and shows Service Unavailable error.
While it is expected for the instance to be inaccessible for 15-20 minutes (may extend from a few hours to a few days depending upon the instance size), if the error stays for an extended time even after the process is finished, the instance will need to be manually started again.
Jive On-premise instances can be started using the services properties commands and Jive Hosted/Cloud customers can raise a support ticket to facilitate a manual start of the instance.

If the data refresh process has finished in the Jive Cloud Admin (JCA) and the instance is still down, please perform a restart of the instance.
