You'd like to know if the Jive Solution tiles, add-ons, and apps (previously called Jive Extension Pack - JEP) are automatically updated in your instance, where to download them from and how to track the new releases.
Jive Solution Tiles and Apps can be downloaded from Thruinc. Access for Thruinc is shared by Professional Services over a separate email directly. If you have an active Professional Service engagement but don't have access to Thruinc, please raise a support ticket.

Follow Professional Services Process to raise a PS JIRA request if the customer reports not having access to Thruinc despite having an active PS engagement.
Jive Solution Tiles, Add-ons, and Apps don't get auto-updated and you will need to manually download and update them in your instance. You can track new releases for Jive Solution Tiles and Jive Solutions Add-ons and Apps on Worx. If you don't have access to Worx, please follow the instructions in Requesting a Worx Account.
